Hi, I have discovered an issue yesterday while I was managing my own network. I am supposed to be on 70Mbs download but yesterday and today I have discovered that it has been somewhat restrictred to 35Mbs. I have reset the hub and my Deco Mesh network and this still hasn't resolved the issue.
I have done the Network test to the house through's sky's website and it says I am supposed to be getting the full download speed in my house as well but I am not. Is there something going on at the moment that could be restricting my network that I am not aware of?

***UPDATE*** I called up Sky today to ask them to find out what could be the problem. It seems that the junction box might be causing the problem because the problem is being reported outside of the property and not inside of my house. They are having an openreach tech to come out to investigate and solve the problem.
