Week broadband signal

Hi connection  us very weak and slow  upstairs and some areas  down stairs not happy  as did request booster upstairs . Signal no good children  not happy with weak broadband  signal very slow so please help me or I will have to go to another  provider who can satisfy our needs please.

Very weak  and  slow  broadband  signal . Even when testing showing its strong but it's not good as I did request  a booster  upstairs  and in kitchen but not getting  any benefit and children  not happy  with  slow broadband  wifi signal and keep telling  me to call or change  supplier.  What help if any can you provide  to resolve  thus issue please??

@Mpete14 When you post on the Forum you are not talking to sky but customers like yourself. To speak with sky you have to give them a call, 150 from your landline or a sky mobile.
