Sky equipment not delivered - booster missing

My sky broadband is horrnendous with speeds of only 30 if I'm lucky - the tech team said they would send out a new router plus booster for me.  The router has arrived but the booster hasn't.  I don't want to swap the router over as I don't think the fault is with the router I just need the booster.  Who do I contact about this as I keep going round and round in circles.  Thanks

@Christina112233 Whatever sky has done and however you managed to organise that, call them and let them know what has happened!
