Websites take a long time to connect or don’t connect at all

When trying to get onto websites they take a long time to respond or keep having to try and try again.  I thought it was my iPad so bought a new one and it is just the same so just wasted £600.  Thinking of going over to bt it is that bad

For the issue to be diagnosed we need more information on the connection type and a post of the router stats, there is a post at the top of the forum that explains how to post those router stats.
