Webpages don’t load when using broadband

When I try to load webpages on my mobile I have to switch over to data 90% of the time as the page either only loads half way, or just doesn't load at all. Similar thing happens with email, but I notice it happening on webpages a lot more often. Tried to turn the broadband off and on, checked area connection etc but this has been happening for 2 years now and nothing has seemed to work

@mia6

For starters your hub has been up for 2000+ hours so i would give it a reboot so it can reconnect to the best wireless channel

Re: Webpages don’t load when using broadband

okay thanks, just rebooting now.

I've previously rebooted and it hasn't changed anything - if this doesn't work do you know what my next step could be ?

@mia6

It can often be down to a number of things such as

- Using wireless boosters/extenders, especially 3rd party ones

- Interference from neighbouring WiFi

- Too many devices using WiFi rather than ethernet

- Interference from an appliance within your home
