Had fibre installed yesterday, was working well for about 20 hours and then noticed the internet went down. Checked the ONT and PON light is Red.
I have been over the service checker (did a test which acknowledges problem, then became unavailable), looked at other discussions here, tried the fix it yourself guides. Nothing has helped.
Can see it's an issue with fibre not connecting. Not sure what to do now, can't even figure out how to contact anyone properly about this
