Broadband issues since it was put in October

We've had broadband ultra one put in October we've never had 100 meg light guaranteed from yourselves I've constantly ringing up to get it salted yeah this last month we got billed for the broadband which you're guarantee says if you don't get 100 meg we won't charge you I've rang up again this morning it's a stressful situation for me it seems like sky isn't willing or wanting to help I've got a BT cable hanging out the ground which I've constantly ringing up asked to be put in back in the ground and it still isn't done it's right next to public path I've sent a photo and there are children in the area pulling on the cable I don't know what more I can be doing

What have Sky said, in response to your calls on both issues? Note the guaranteed broadband speed is the speed to your Hub. It will be less than that over WiFi.

It not ,speed to the router we had 2 or 3 people out from open reach and sky. What is sky going to resolve the issue please

We're a Community of customers. You'll need to speak directly to Sky for a resolution. We can't really advise you given the little information you've posted.

We can't tell you what sky is doin to resolve the issue as like you we are also customers as denoted within our posts.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
