WebRTC issue

I work from home and my laptop keeps getting webRTC issue and ice_collection_timeout title come up when trying to take calls through my Amazon connect. My IT team have had a look and have multiple reports from colleagues of the same issue who have internet through sky. I checked my broadband and it says signal is ok. I have been advised to contact sky as the issue is on your end and it's preventing me from working please help!

@LucyMcg91  your not contacting sky directly by posting here as we're a customer ➡️ customer forum only whilst someone on here may be able to help you its important to note sky broadband being discussed here is for domestic use only not work related which requires the necessary business account so please don't expect any faster service because its preventing you from working

@LucyMcg91 if you have a white Sky hub the issue could be being caused by thecway Sky share IP4 addresses on those units enabling UPnP might help as that swwitches your hub to a non-shared address. Using a browser log onto the hub's web interface at 192.168.0.1 and using the user admin and the hub's default WiFi password Navigate to Advanced/Device Discovery and chane the setting for. UPnP to Enable and click thecsave button.

This advice does not apply to the older black hubs
