Weak WiFi
We have sky ultrafast broadband and a booster but very weak signal in areas of the house.
My sons have just got a PS5 and the signal it too weak to connect to it? Since we got an upgraded router we have had WiFi issues, before that it was fine.

Re: Weak WiFi
@Rebecca2309 if you have Sky's new white hub you need to buy their WiFi Max add-on which can provide the necessary WiFi extenders see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max
Quite why your wifi coverage is less good since the change is unclear but often it is due to the fact that where customers have Sky Q boxes these no longer act as wifi extenders with the new hub. Other causes have been due to a new fibre services has meant the hub has moved to a new location.
Ideally however you would not use wifi to connect games consoles which are far better connected bybethernet cables or where that is impractical by powerline networking adapters which use the mains wiring to carrybthe data
