WiFi is not connecting to my Xbox correctly

So I have 4 Xbox's in the household for the children. I can connect it and says connected but when it comes to using Netflix or online gaming the broadband doesn't work at all same goes for updating the Xbox's I am having to connect one at a time to my mobile data which is costing so much. I pay for the best broadband and get no were with sky. I have had engineers out multiple times for issues on the connection also

@Charlotte341 check the setting of the Broadband Shield in the My Sky app as if it is set to PG it will block online gaming.
