Weak WiFi in home

Hello We have been experiencing all week that WiFi signal is weak even on app it's says good but it isn't. Also it keep saying some of our products are connected by ethernet but are nit so it shows something is wrong Please advise as we spend alot of money with Sky each month but if no service then we don't need
