@Fay8 the speed to the hub of a Superfast service delivered over a copper line is determined by the lengthbof the line from the cabinet to your home and its condition. When you bought the service Sky would have given you a guaranteed minimum speed. You can check the current speed by running the connection test in the My Sky app which will also show the guaranteed speed and the history for the last two weeks.
The other common issue is that while speeds to the hub are guaranteed speeds at your devices are not as the WiFi speeds in your home depends on the layout and type of construction of the building. So you can get 80Mb/s at your hub but your phone in a room updtairs may only test at 25Mb/s or lower.
