We had shy fibre installed to replace the old sky system and having issues with old router showing.
So had the firbe broad band installed to replace our old Sky broad band. However we keep having to reset up things like Alexa, ring door bell, Amazon pads etc to the new fibre set up.
The test shows everything is ok.
Working from oocasionally the my work laptop shows we have lost connection for a short while.
We have noticed in the wfi list our old router is still showing.
Tried reseeting Q box and router but still there.
Really anoying.

So managed to talk to a person at Sky today and they run other tests, and now we have an engineer coming out to fix the problem. Appears they know what's causing it. Once the engineer has been the weekend hopefully I can update for info on what it was and how fixed.
