Waste of time

Sky have altered my appointment and then tell me when I can't make there new appointment after booking time off work that it will cost me £25???

Your post isn't very clear as to where this £25 possible charge comes in, are you saying they are asking for that to move the appointment to a more suitable date, if so is the one they moved to tomorrow by any chance ?

The £25;charge is if I'm not there for their new appointment, but what about the days holiday I've lost, and the fact that they just sent me the notification of change without even speaking to me

@Copey2510 You may be able to try changing it to a more suitable date online!
