Switching to sky

If I switch to sky broadband and tv do sky inform old provider

If you order broadband from Sky they should take care of the switch and inform your current provider.

I switched to Sky from TalkTalk in August and did not have to contact TalkTalk at all. Just be aware that depending on the switchover date you may get two bills in the same month, a final bill from your current supplier and the first one from Sky for the new service.

@Bennyd2 As long as your old ISP is on the OTS programme then it's a yes for the Broadband, TV they will give, but you may have to deal with the old yourself on the TV side, different rules for TV. If you are doing it by calling sky then the agent will answer any relevant questions you have!
