Waiting for reinburstment for 9 day outage
October last year 2024 we had an outage for our broadband no internet was told we would get a daily payment for this and still waiting

It’s applied 30 days after the fault has been repaired and will come in the form of a credit appearing on your Sky account (from 01/04/24 the rates are £9.76 per day).
You may have to call Sky to chase it up.
