No, any unlimted data plans Sky offer will be for a minimum term usually 12 months. None would ever be offered for free. A Broadband install typically takes a minimum of 10 working days to be completed, if you only ordered when you moved then sadly there is nothing Sky or anyone else can do, ideally it should have been ordered 10 workinmg days prior to you moving in.
Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
