WIFI problem

We have internet for TV and all three lights on hob are green but we do not have WIFI at home, Since last week No tel or computer get any wifi signal

@MohammadrezaSar  Join the club.  We've got no wifi either.  The hub is lit up ok and sky insist it's ok.  It hasn't worked at all for a week and it's another week before we get an engineer

So what should we do? What did you do for your issue?

I contacted Sky technical services.after few test they decided to renew my hub. I received new Hub next day and everything is working well
