WIFI not usable

Everything on my connection seems to be fine, and I have full signal everywhere I go in my home.

However, every time I try to join a Teams or Zoom or any kind of video conferencing software the people can't hear me and it says my connection is unstable. 

Currently, this is prohibitively bad - i literally CANNOT WORK because of this connection issue. When I troubleshoot, everything seems fine. 

I can access pages on the internet fairly quickly, although I wouldnt say this internet is by any means fast.

Please help?
