Router

My router keeps dropping out. It can be fine for weeks but yesterday and today it lost connection. The only way to reset is to power off the router

@Andrew7234Can you run the broadband test the next time it happens before you reset as then it might be able to find the fault and enable you to book an engineer.

 

Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
