WIFI booster does not work or connect to HUB. LAN cables not working once connected to HUB.

Pretty much says it in the title. I have had 5 indivdual help chats to try and sort out my home wifi. For some reason my HUB does not connect to the booster(Was promised it would work and reach my whole house). I've reset it, moved it, done everything and the thing STILL does not work. Half my home has been without Internet for months as its impossible to get hold of Sky help and talk to a actual human.

Side note. We rescently installed Fibre and put LAN cables throughout the house. We connceted to the HUB. Guess what...DOES NOT WORK.
I'm not sure what is going on - ive tried and asked for help so many times.  If anyone has the answers that would be great. IF NOT. I will be sadly moving on.

@E7 the pod booster needs a good connection to the hub but if you have had online chats I am sure they have talked through how you set the pod up. If you call Sky and they cannot talk you through a solution ask for an engineer to come out.

Ethernet is pretty easy to set up but you need to understand the rules. The LAN cables should come back to a single point in your home where you will need to connect them to an Ethernet switch this is powered piece of electronics which allows a single connection from the hub to reach any device connected to a cable in one of the rooms. The hub has a small switch built-in but there are only 3 sockets but buying a switch with enough extra sockets is not expensive as you need a basic unmanaged gigabit Ethernet switch.

However before paying for a switch if you have not donecso already test each cable separately by plugging in one end to the hub and a device like a laptop at the other if wired correctly the connection should be good.. It has been known for electricians to make all sorts of messes with network cables including wiring them liie a ring main.
