WIFI YET AGAIN

Im sick of this now. Every night I lose connection and have NEVER recieved my guaranteed download speeds. 

They even sent one of their team out to look who got paid to say "it doesn't work and I dont know how to fix it" this useless company aren't just fleecing me for broadband but its also costing my mobile bill too as I constantly run out of data due to the WiFi cutting out up to 19 times per night. I want a full refund on ALL bills until you work out how to actually fix things.

You aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services here. This is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to try to help other customers.

 

Sounds like you need to contact Sky again. There will be no consideration of compensation until the fault is fixed.
