YES I HAVE AN ONGOING CASE WITH THE SKY. THEY SENT ME A NEW BROADBAND. IT ACTUALLY THE NEW BROADBAND PLAYING UP. IT HASNT WORK SINCE WE SET IT UP. HAVE REQUESTED FOR ANOTHER BROADBAND, NOTHING HAPPENED.
