Could be from a neighbour's network if so a hub restart might help. However it could be from a piece of electrical equipment like a fluorescent light, microwave or just about anything but it is most likely in your home but if your neighbours havecthe same issue it could be outside.

Good morning, the new hub works fine for a couple of months. Yesterday I have realized that the wired connections are having a problem as well not just the WiFi. All the lights at the hub are constantly green.
