If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

I did all that first and it says it's all fine and working I reboot it and 3 hours later it did the same thing the voice light turned orange and the Internet went off again I don't know what to do when that light keeps coming on and says the Internet is working fine bur when the light is on it says no devices connected I did take a screenshot of it
