@Rakesh3 you are not talking to Sky by posting in the forum. If your last isp used the Openreach network to deliver your connection by cancelling you msy have delayed the switch the process in those circumstances is for Sky to handle the cancellation so there is no period without a service. However if you wrre with Virgin Media or another supplier who used different network thst doesnt apply.
Either way you need to speak to Sky the fact you cannot see the order is not good news therefore I am escalsting your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye onnthe forum as if you miss the message just click the chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
