WHATSAPP MESSAGE RECEIVED

We have received a WhatsApp message claiming to be from Sky offering to upgrade us to Full Fibre for free as we're VIP customers and an engineer is provisionally booked for 27/12/24. Is this a genuine message? Been stung recently so very unwilling to respond to it! Thanks!

@Vernon Did you see the link above? Sky are doing messages currently via Whatsapp for the FF100 upgrade offer, you will also see it in the main site www.sky.com or when logged into your account if valid and available to you! Sky, deals and exclusive for VIP members!
