W
We have superfast broadband and have done for over a year at this address and never had any issues. I now have had mutliple issues in Teams while workint from home this week where the screen has frozen, i hace checked with those on other end of the call and it is me that freezes.
I have run all the tests on the app and no issues, the speed is 151mps.
Any ideas what could be causing this all of a sudden?
thanks

Re: W
There isnt anything on your router stats that would suggest a problem with the line or the router itself. Are you able to temporarily connect via ethernet to see if the problem still occurs then?
