Vpn will not connect, new sky broadband

Vpn will not connect, worked fine on virgin now on sky and will not connect, disabled shield but still not connecting.   Not a techie!

@IanB19 a lor depends on the VPN you are using. If this is for your employment check with your IT support if so settings need changing.

It have been at all morning, sky next to useless,  there saying we need to set up port forwarding.  Am waiting for IT to confirm and set up if required!
