Voip problems

My Works VOIP phone has been having issues where calls do not connect or the network crashes since my router was upgraded to the new white router. It had no issues beforehand.

I did look to enable UPNP by:

Log onto the router (192.168.0.1 in a browser) - Admin credentials as per bottom / back of router.

Go to Advanced -> Device Discovery -> Enable UPnP (button / toggle).

I followed this advice but it  still does not show in the Gateway > Connection > Sky Network., as I was advised to check.

I need someone to look at this and I can't find a number to call sky. It may need Sky to make changes.
