Voice light not coming on new hub

Need to have voice light on ,on new hub

Hi @Alwenae - which light are you referring to? The new hubs only have a single light on the front and it's not related to any voice technology.

It's an upright hub 4 i think,voice light doesn't come on.Other 3 lights are on,power,internet and Wi-Fi

Is your landline not working as expected? Typically the voice light only comes on if have Sky Voice through the hub & you have a phone connected

@Alwenae If you have an old service with no voice delivered over the hub, that is possible fttc connected and voice is still delivered by the OR Master phone socket! If not you need to call sky to get it all sorted!
