Poor hub connection - less than half "minimum speeds" whilst next to router

I have a massive problem with your "service".
I am not getting neither the minimum upload speed nor the minimum download speeds
The "normal" download speeds of between 151.8 - 151.9, and the advertised download speed of 145 Mbps are more than double the actual speeds sat next to to the router.
My speeds away from the router are laughable. In the kitchen (there is connectivity there!) upload : 10Mbps, Download 7Mbps
Until a little while ago I had another service contract with another provider in a different part of the house. The absence of the other router has meant we have several dead zones where there is either no connectivity or very tenuous connectivity.
I was assured at the time of installation that there would be no issues connecting throughout the house, it is afterall only a three bedroomed property albeit with solid internal walls.

I have sent an email with picture attachment to a sky email.....don't know if it will get a response- I'd most appreciate any help with this matter

@KENMACG

Assuming you have the WiFi guarantee then you should be able to claim booster pods to place around your home help try and boost the signal strength & speed.

However I would note that the expected speeds you have quoted are for ethernet connections, Sky cannot guarantee that kind of speed over a WiFi connection & you'll find that almost all if not all ISPs are exactly the same. On Sky's WiFi Max addon they will guarantee a minimum of 25Mbps in any room or you get a refund

@KENMACG Who exactly made the statement to you "I was assured at the time of installation that there would be no issues connecting throughout the house, it is afterall only a three bedroomed property albeit with solid internal walls."

What service do you have from sky and using what hub and any Boosters etc. See link below!

Unfortunately what's actually guaranteed by the 'WiFi Guarantee' is a small refund if coverage isn't achieved.

Sky loans wireless booster hardware 'free' under the terms of the 'WiFi Guarantee' element of the legacy 'Broadband Boost' add-on and the 'Enhanced Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee' part of the 'WiFi Max' subscription supplement: they don't otherwise provide or sell boosters except to resolve issues with Sky Q. Phoning Sky to go through a telephone diagnosis is required to have a booster or pod allocated to the account. Inevitably some  Sky booster hardware has leaked onto a certain auction site and elsewhere online but Sky won't offer support with using these, and Max pods acquired that way won't work at all.

Confusingly the default 'Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee' bundled with all new Sky Broadband orders where Boost or Max is not added by the customer doesn't actually provide booster hardware, and is essentially a sales lead generator for the supplements mentioned above plus a one month broadband subscription refund.
