My internet has been down since last night 11pm - all the lights on the router were green except the voice light which was a solid amber. I tried restarting the router but no luck.
It has finally turned green this morning and I've got the internet back. Does anyone know the cause of this and how to avoid this happening again?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIt was probably an issue on the network outside of your property somewhere which has now been fixed so that wouldn't be anything you could do about it if this was the case.
