We have a problem with wifi not working things like phones it will say connected without internet. You have to turn wifi on off on phone sometimes it will then reconnect. Ive tried resetting router checked all cables when you do test on sky app its saying everything is fine. If you get it working and go out when you return same thing it wont connect to wifi.

Hopefully ive sorted it i changed channel on router and its been ok 🤞
