Virgin fiber to sky broadband issues
Hi, I was a virgin fibre customer and I have one coaxial cable come into my home which was split into an internet connection. Now I have switched to sky broadband but when I connect the internet cable to the back of the sky hub, I don't get any service. What could be wrong

@Olad You will not be connected correctly, SKY do NOT use any VM connection whatsoever. So follow the document from sky and find where to connect too.

When are you due to be activated?
The virgin line is not appropriate to carry an openreach connection
