Viewing card

Ordered a new viewing card over 2 weeks ago and I'm still waiting. The CSC have ordered again a further two times and I have been told it's now sat with the 'back office'. As anyone had any similar issues? Any idea what this issue could be?

Presumably it a viewing card for a Sky Q box? You've posted on the broadband board which obviously doesn't use a viewing card.

@ClaireLoHo do you have Sky Q or Sky +HD as you have posted in the forum dealing with Broadband.
