Video calling

Hi 

i am unable to sustain an entire video call as the Wi-Fi stops working 10-15 minutes into the call - I then have to end the call go and turn my router on and off for it to work again. By that time the call has ended! Not ideal for working at home. 
my Wi-Fi signal also dips between 2-5pm everyday so I cannot do any calls at that time.

@Emma576 it could beca line issue or simply poor wifi in your home if you post your Sky bhubs connection stats forum members should be able to advise see Find your Sky Broadband router statistics

Having same issue. Complete drop out every 10-15 mins, for 5 mins. Annoying.
