Red light on openreach hub

My openteach hub has a red light, but the online help is next to useless and it keeps telling me there's no problem in the area and just keep restarting my router.

The router is obviously not the problem with the red light on the openreach hub as well. Can anybody help with an actual way to report the problem please?
