Very slow when connected to work VPN from home

I've logged into my hub and have the following statistic results:

Speed: Downstream 999900kbps, Upstream 115000kbps

From my mobile I get 315.9 download and 85.4 upload - on the WIFI

From my Laptop (connected to work VPN with Teams, Outlook and 3 Web Browsers open) I only get 9.78 download and 6.31 upload.

I'm at a loss as to why my broadband is so bad on my Laptop!

@joquinny  Are you connectyed to the works VPN when  you do the speedtest?   Are you able to do it while not logged onto the VPN?

 

If so you may be able to see if it's a VPN issue rather than at Sky's end.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
