Charging more than advertised

Why am I paying 56 ppm for 500 mbps and sky are advertising 900 for less!! I knew you were ripping me off and if I don't get a decent answer I will be changing for sure

@Gogs1 You won't get an answer from Sky, the forum is manned mainly by fellow customers.

None of the Sky broadband products have cost £56 on there own, so do you have any other service such as a call package?

@Gogs1 So you are not being ripped off at all then, you are paying for 2 services and not just broadband.

What Sky Talk tariff are you on? 


Sky Talk is bundled together with Sky Broadband. Make sure you're on the Sky Pay As You Talk tariff (call Sky if you're not). That way if you make no calls there are no Sky Talk charges.


Also, the prices you're perhaps seeing on the website might be for new customers which you aren't.
