Hi there,
For the past 5 days my connection's upload speed has slowed down to 0.1 - 03.mb/s. Download speed has slowed on occasion as well but not as drastically.
I've tested with wired and wireless devices and done several router restarts without success.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks

@Camm16 It might be worth giving skys customer service a call as it could be an issue with the line to your home or the broadband hub itself have you tried resetting the router using the button at the back ?

Your router stats show a line fault on both the downstream & upstream bands. I would recommend you contact Sky who should send out an engineer for you. You can do this via telephone or we can escalate your post to chat with a Sky advisor on the forum.

Look out for a chat bubble at the bottom of your screen inviting you to a chat
If you are using the Safari browser please make sure that Hide IP Address is not checked in order to see the chat bubble. If you are having trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Firefox, Chrome etc.
