Very slow internet
My landline was not working a week ago , BT mended it ok but now the internet is very very slow and a message regarding this keeps coming up on the TV when I turn it on

@Ddhcgnbjmjkk kog into the My Sky app run the service chevker which should pick up if therre is a speed issue as if you click on the speed result it should tell you the recent history and the guaranteed speed. If the current speed is lower than the guaranteed it should offer help in sorting the issue.
