Very slow internet connection

despite tests sayoig "all looks good" - I doubt it! As clearily the pages are loading like 15 years ago...

@Blaz you need to determine if the issue is with the connection to your Sky hub which Sky guarantees, the WiFi speed in your home which is only has a basic gusrantee or another factor.

 

As a first step run the service checker in the My Sky app which will show the last speed test Sky ran, if you click through it will show the last month's results and the guaranteed speed for your line. Usefully if spedds are below the guarantee the hub can offer to book a check by an engineer.

 

Assuming the speed to your hub is OK then run a speedtest ona device in your home. The result should be roughly 90% of the result from the service checker if it isnt the issue is with the WiFi signal in your home. Check that the hub is out in the open on a surface so its above radiators and the like. WiFi spedds are affected by the layout of your home and how it is built so nothing is simple but you may need additional equipment which Sky can provide at a price as part of their WiFi Max package.

 

However you can have a fast connection but still find web pages take a while to appear as there are other factors. If you think that maybe your issue post again.
