How are you measuring that speed?

It's a white hub, using speed test and it's currently showing 7 download speed. My wife's downloading a large file could we have been capped by Sky

The stats aren't available on the white hub the fact the wife is downloading a large file means it will take more of the bandwith if she started the download first leaving less for you
