Very slow broadband

I can not load my music software (Logic pro) it's been trying to update for 2days but just keep saying check ur internet/slow

@MaltHouseRecord You can check the speed to your hub by running the service checker in the My Sky app if you click on the broadband link younwill see both the recent history and the guaranteed minimum for your line if there is a problem then the app,should offer further help. 

If that is ok then the issue is likely a slow connection in your home which is quite common if you use WiFi as thecsignal isxaffected by the layout and type of construction of your home. Moving closer to the hub , making sure the hub and devicecare out in the open can help but you may need to invest in better wifi equipment.
