Very poor or no connection
Phones both 9g 4 g despite hub stating internet is good , this us happening 2/3 times a day

Unless I have misread what you posted 4G is mobile data speed but you have posted this in the broadband forum so Wi-Fi so what one is it you are having issues with ?

Engineer was out last week fixed a outside wire due to over grown tree in neighbours garden still have issues twice a day having to switch hub on and off

As it is broadband you are having issues with then try this line test:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
