Returning router to Sky. What bits?

Can anyone please help.

I have just moved from Sky to Vodafone for broadband and VOIP landline.

Sky have sent a card envelope to return the router.

I have the router and the power supply for the router.

BUT that's all.

Should there be any other components in the return envelope? (eg ethernet cable?)

I don't want to get it wrong and get charged for non return of an item.

Also, does the post office give a receipt for the return?

Thanks for any help it will be much appreciated.

You just need to return the router itself and the power cable and nothing else.

@greenbike

The router and cable is all you need to return and when you put a piece of paper in it with your name and account number on and keep the proof of posting receipt for at least 6 months.

Re: Returning router to Sky. What bits?

Many thanks. So are you saying to NOT return the power supply? And what cable? Do you mean an ethernet cable. I don't seem to have any ethernet cables that aren't mine. It's too long ago to remember if sky sent an ethernet cable or not.

Thanks again.
