Still having problems

I am contacting because last year I was having problems with WiFi not being reliable when I work from home. It's all been checked and it's fine. At the time I swapped onto a new contract, with the plan to get an engineer to come out when I spoke to the sky on the phone and then going elsewhere for WiFi if it couldn't improve. Unfortunately due to significant family illnesses and subsequently bereavement, I've not got round to this until now. I'd like an engineer to come out, it's a small house, not thick walls and I can't get a reliable signal a few metres away in the next room. If it doesn't improve, when my sky contract runs out in very early July, I will go elsewhere. Please organise an engineer to visit. I've done all the checks needed already myself and by phone and tried a sky new router. Nothing has changed, I never had a problem with BT.

Try going through this to see if it helps:

If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will supply up to 3 pods as you can read about here:

Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom on the above link.
