Very poor download

My download speed drops to less than 2mbs per second why would this happen

@Bert1234 can think of several different scenarios that can cause slow downloads including line issues, problems with your home network or simply other devices using bandwidth. I've done the check but what's it meant to be

@Bert1234 if you run a speed test on a device connected by ethernet what is the result? Also do you have Sky Q boxes by any chance?

Yes two sky box main a and mini Q on average with a Ethernet cable it's about 40ish mb per second it's slower but it's stable as I keeping loosing my connection on teams calls when using WiFi?

I have a sky booster already .. how many devises should I be able to connect before it's an issue .. I was whatching a program last night and it started to buffer I checked the speed on my iPad and it was at 2mb per second ..really .. that's not very good for supper fast broadband connection
