@Baggie1 where devices refuse to connect it can be due to the memory used to store the pasword is corrupted and cannot accept the new value. Where this happens tell the device to forget the connection then reboot and try again. With the iPad fully shut it down how you domtgst depends on which model you have but you want it to reboot with the Apply logo. With the printer try a factory reset which normally works. Oncecthe devices have restarted try to add the Sky connection from scratch.
